Love the game but it now fails to start whenever i try to load

I began playing the game a few months ago and for whatever reason i ended up uninstalling it from my computer. I am now going back to reinstall it and whenever I try to open it, it fails to open and a message pops up telling me to reinstall the application, which I have tried multiple times. Great game but i am becoming FRUSTRATED
